I am an experienced development designer and practitioner with a strong background in leadership and driving social change. I specialise in organisational design, development, change, knowledge, and project management. My proven track record of successfully implementing changes sets me apart, which should give you confidence in my abilities.

Currently, I am involved in consulting work in various sectors such as media, arts and crafts, socio-political movements, disability, e-commerce, education, and business strategies. My focus is on:

Significant achievements mark my academic and professional journey. I hold an MA in Development degree with a Public Policy Specialization from Azim Premji University Bangalore. I have further honed my skills through an Organization Design and Development Fellowship from Wipro Foundation and a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Certification from HCL Foundation.
I have set up organisations and built verticles to create successful models using dialogic organisation design and Design thinking tools.
My entrepreneurial skills have been tested in creating successful business models, focusing on individual entrepreneurship development and marketing strategy. This should instil confidence in my ability to navigate the business landscape.
My financial management skills have been tested as I have raised more than 20 crores for developmental projects throughout India. This should instil confidence in my ability to manage and mobilise resources effectively.

My unwavering commitment to continuous learning underscores my adaptability and growth mindset. In the future, I aim to lead a large-scale project that will significantly impact social inclusion and environmental sustainability.

Organisational design and development is organising people within a structure that will support an organisation’s mission, goals and activities to operate more efficiently and effectively.

Strategic Management

Strategic management is the process of developing and implementing plans to help an organization achieve its goals and objectives. 

Project Management

Project management is the process of planning, organizing, and executing a project to achieve its goals within a specified budget and timeframe.

Resource Mobilisation

Resource mobilization is the process of acquiring the resources needed to achieve a goal. This can involve a variety of resources, such as financial resources, human resources, and physical resources.

 
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

In 2013, India became the first country in the world to make CSR mandatory for certain companies.

Under the Companies Act, 2013, all companies with a net profit of more than INR 5 crore (approximately USD 700,000) are required to spend at least 2% of their average net profit over the preceding three years on CSR activities. Companies have a wide range of options for CSR activities,

Monitoring includes the continuous assessment of programmes based on early detailed information on the progress or delay of the ongoing assessed activities. Evaluation involves the examination of the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and impact of activities in the light of specified objectives.
